The indoor screen area is generally from less than 1 square meter to more than ten square meters, the point density is high, and it is used in a non-direct sunlight or lighting environment, and the viewing distance is a few meters away, and the screen body does not have the ability to seal and waterproof. The outdoor screen area is generally from a few square meters to dozens or even hundreds of square meters, the point density is relatively thin (mostly 1000-4000 points per square meter), the luminous brightness is 3000-6000cd/square meter (different orientations, different brightness requirements), can be used under direct sunlight conditions, the viewing distance is several tens of meters away, and the screen has good windproof, rain and lightning protection capabilities. The semi-outdoor screen is between outdoor and indoor, with high luminous brightness, and can be used outdoors without direct sunlight.

(2) According to the color, it is divided into monochrome, double primary color, and three primary colors (full color)

Monochrome refers to the light-emitting material of only one color of the display, mostly single red, and yellow-green can also be used in some special occasions (such as funeral homes). Dual-color screens are generally composed of red and yellow-green light-emitting materials. The three primary color screens are divided into full color, composed of red, yellow-green (wavelength 570nm), blue and true color (nature color), composed of red, pure green (wavelength 525nm), blue.

(3) Synchronous and asynchronous according to control or usage mode

Synchronization mode means that the LED display screen works in a way that is basically the same as the computer monitor, which maps the computer image at an update rate of at least 30 fields / second point by point corresponding to the picture on the real monitor, usually with multi-gray color display ability, which can achieve the effect of multimedia advertising. Asynchronous mode means that the LED display has the ability to store and autoplay, the edited text and no grayscale pictures on the PC are transmitted to the LED display through the serial port or other network interfaces, and then the LED display is automatically played offline, generally there is no multi-gray display ability, mainly used to display text information, and can be multi-screen networked.
